Freila, Granada, Andalucia.
Here, you have a wonderful, large, high quality villa, situated 2.5km from the main road and the hotel with restaurant, bar and petrol station. The house is situated on a 2ha plot. 2500m2 is fenced and is the garden area with the house, pool, garage and plenty of parking. The rest of the land is agricultural land. The view from the front terrace is a glimpse of lake Negratin, the Sierra Cazorlas and from the back you can see the Sierra de Bazas. The country road leading to the house is maintained by the council. The house is very light and bright, with plenty of windows and patio doors.

The nearest neighbours are 5-600m from the house, towards the main road. This house is the last house and there will not be more houses built around.

The house is 200m2, mainly on 1 floor, with 160m2 on the ground floor + the 80m2 front porch and 40m2 on the upper floor + the upper terrace. The garden surrounds the house, and the pool / sunbathing area. The pool is 5 X 4m and 1.5m deep. There are plenty of bushes, and plants. The whole garden area is fenced.

The owner had been away on an extended holiday when the photos were taken, so the garden and pool don't look its best, which we are sorry for. This will of course been corrected later.
